200H Slowness Practices Foundational Training, Sept-Nov 2027 (CH & FR)

NOT YOUR MAINSTREAM YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

° smart & relatable movement + breath  ° curiosity ° play ° critical thinking °

This 200h teacher training blends the roots of yoga with modern science, academics, pedagogy and creativity. This is a non-dogmatic foundational training, the one I wish I had come across a decade ago: although I am thankful for all the experiences I have made in my teaching journey, I am happy and proud to offer you a well-thought & well-rounded training that will cover everything you need to start your journey, feeling knowledgeable, empowered, and able to think critically about modern yoga and the wellness industry in general. You won't be given strict methods or rules to follow, but will be encouraged to find your own vision, your own voice & creativity, so you can share a yoga that truly reflects your selfhood.
